Return Policy

General Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our candy, and in accordance with FDA regulations, returns on candy products are not accepted. The only exception is if you receive an incorrect item.

Claims for Damaged Goods

If your candy arrives damaged, you need to file a claim with the delivery company directly.

Address Accuracy

Double-check your shipping address when placing your order. If the address provided is incorrect, we cannot cover the shipping costs. We will attempt to retrieve the misdelivered package, but we cannot guarantee a refund if the candy is lost. Ensuring the accuracy of your address can prevent this issue.

Warm Weather Advisory

Consider adding ice packs to your order during hot weather to prevent melting, as we cannot offer refunds for candy that has melted.

Shipping and Handling

Please note that transit times provided do not include the time required to process and package your order. Once the package leaves our facility, delivery is managed by DHL and/or Postnord.

Package Refusal

If you refuse a package without a valid reason, you will be charged for the shipping costs in both directions. Contact us to resolve any issues before refusing a package.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it.

Special Orders

For special orders, we invest in sourcing specific products for you, which means we cannot offer refunds for these items.

Incorrect Item Received

If we sent you the wrong item, contact us at hello@pickmixcandysweden.com. We will send you the correct item and arrange for the return of the incorrect one at no extra cost. Notify us within 3 days of receiving the wrong item. We cannot refund for candy that has been opened or damaged.

Missing Items

If any items are missing from your order, notify us within 3 days of receiving your package. We will investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.
