Sharp on the first second, cola by the third, and that gap is the whole point of the shape: the sour coating goes first and the cola underneath arrives once it has gone.
Belgian, and we say so
Astra Sweets is Belgian. It has been a fixture in Swedish pick & mix for long enough that most people assume it is local, which is true of a lot of the wall and is exactly why we label origin rather than leaving it vague. The Swedish-made shelf is at Swedish candy.
How sour, honestly
Sour enough to notice, not sour enough to be a dare. If you want the end of the scale, the sour shelf has sharper things on it — this one is built to be eaten by the handful rather than survived.
