1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using pickmixcandysweden.com (the “site”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The site is operated by Pickmix Candy Sweden, a Swedish company (registered office Skövdevägen 19, 544 32 Hjo, Sweden).

2. Use of the site

You may use the site to browse, place orders, and read our content. You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to violate any law.
• Interfere with the site's operation, attempt to access it without authorisation, or probe for vulnerabilities.
• Use automated scrapers, bots, or crawlers in a way that degrades the service for other users.
• Resell our products without a wholesale agreement (see /wholesale).

3. Account

You don't need an account to place an order, but if you create one, you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us at hello@pickmixcandysweden.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Orders, pricing & availability

• Prices are shown in the currency your region uses (USD, EUR, SEK, etc.) and may include or exclude taxes depending on your destination — checkout will show the final total.
• We may correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order is placed. If the corrected price is materially higher, we'll contact you for confirmation before charging.
• Stock levels are updated regularly but aren't guaranteed. If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we'll refund the item or, if you agree, offer a substitution.
• Acceptance of your order happens when we send the order confirmation email — until then, we may decline an order at our discretion.

5. Payment

Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and Stripe. By placing an order you authorise us to charge the payment method you provide for the full order amount, including taxes and shipping.

6. Shipping, customs & returns

Shipping timelines, costs, and customs handling are detailed on our Shipping & Delivery page. Returns and refunds are handled per our Returns & Refunds policy. Both policies are part of these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual property

All site content — design, copy, photography, illustrations, the Pickmix name and logo — is owned by Pickmix Candy Sweden or licensed to us and protected by Swedish and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written consent.

Product names and brand marks (BUBS, Malaco, Cloetta, Ahlgrens, etc.) belong to their respective owners; we use them with permission as a retailer.

8. User content

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content to the site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the site and our marketing. You confirm the content is yours to share and doesn't violate anyone's rights.

9. Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Product descriptions and allergen information are provided in good faith based on manufacturer data. If you have a serious allergy, always confirm with us before ordering at hello@pickmixcandysweden.com.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pickmix Candy Sweden isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that can't be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law — including the Swedish Consumer Sales Act if you're a consumer.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Pickmix Candy Sweden against any claims, damages, or costs arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent Swedish courts, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring a dispute in your local jurisdiction.

EU consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page, and the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new Terms.
