Processing time

Orders placed Monday–Thursday usually leave us within 1–2 business days. Orders placed Friday through Sunday or on Swedish public holidays ship the next business week. We don't hold orders to consolidate — each order goes out as soon as it's packed.

You'll receive a tracking email the moment the label is printed. If you don't see it after 3 business days, check your spam folder or email us.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide from Sweden via UPS, FedEx and DHL.

• United States: typically 5–9 business days after shipping. Free standard shipping on orders over $100. Below that, rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination ZIP.
• Canada: typically 6–10 business days.
• European Union & United Kingdom: typically 4–7 business days. Rates calculated at checkout.
• Australia, New Zealand: typically 8–14 business days.
• Rest of world: typically 7–18 business days. Coverage varies — checkout will tell you if we can ship to your country.

Delivery times are estimates and exclude any time spent at customs. Severe weather, holidays, and carrier disruptions can extend them by 1–3 days.

Costs

Standard shipping rates are calculated live at checkout. We pass on the carrier's actual price — no “handling fees” hidden in there.

• US standard: calculated live at checkout by weight and destination; free over $100.
• EU standard: calculated live at checkout by weight and destination.
• Express options: available at checkout where offered by the carrier; usually +50–100% of standard rate for 2–4 business days faster delivery.

Customs & duties

Your country's customs authority — not Pickmix — decides whether duties or VAT apply to your order. We can't pre-pay them on your behalf yet (we're working on a DDP option).

• United States: the de minimis threshold is currently $800 per shipment. Most personal orders arrive duty-free.
• European Union: VAT applies to imported food and sweets at the standard rate of your destination country. Customs may also charge a small clearance fee.
• United Kingdom: VAT and possibly a handling fee on all imports from outside the UK.
• Canada / Australia: GST applies above local thresholds.

If duties are due, the carrier will contact you for payment before delivery. We'll do everything we can to declare the order accurately and avoid delays.

Tracking

Every order gets a tracking number by email when it ships. You can also look up the status anytime using your order number and email at our tracking page.

If tracking hasn't updated in 7+ days, or your package is confirmed missing, email us within 30 days of the ship date and we'll open a carrier claim and either resend or refund.
