What Bubblizz is
Lutti's fizzy piece, and the reason this maker is on the site at all. The fizz is the product — a carbonated snap that arrives before the flavour does and clears before you have finished chewing. Plenty of makers dust a sweet in citric acid and call it fizzy; this is the other thing, and once you have had both you can tell them apart instantly.
French, not Swedish
Lutti is French. That is worth stating because the name is easy to get wrong in the other direction — Bubblizz was filed under a Spanish maker on this site once, and describing French candy as Spanish is the kind of small lie that costs trust when somebody notices. The Swedish-made shelf is at Swedish candy.
Who it is for
Anyone who likes the fizzy end of sour rather than the sharp end. It is closer to a sherbet experience than a sour gummy, and it works well dropped into an order of softer Swedish things where everything else is chew and foam.
