BUBS Sour Skulls is sour candy from BUBS. The sour hits first — a citric dusting that makes your jaw click — and then gives way to the fruit underneath.
BUBS has spent decades on this recipe, which is roughly how long it takes to get a texture right. BUBS is a Jönköping maker that has been building foam-and-chew candy since 1993.
It travels well in a pocket and badly past anyone who likes candy.
