Maoam Kracher Kastanjer Wild Berries is chewy taffy from MAOAM. Dense, chewy and fruit-forward — the kind of sweet that occupies a whole afternoon.
It is German, not Swedish — and it has been a fixture in Swedish pick & mix and Christmas bowls for decades, which is a better reason to stock something than where the factory happens to be. MAOAM is better known for chew than for subtlety.
One of the ones people buy a second bag of before they have finished the first.
