Fazer Tyrkisk Peber Hot & Sour is liquorice from Fazer. Deep, dark and a little savoury. If you have only had sweet liquorice, this is a different thing entirely.
It is Finnish, not Swedish — and it has been a fixture in Swedish pick & mix and Christmas bowls for decades, which is a better reason to stock something than where the factory happens to be. Fazer has been going out of Helsinki since 1891.
Good on its own, better as part of a mixed bag with something sour beside it.
